This role is responsible for engaging and managing vendor relations, assisting the estimation team with vendor pricing during the project estimation process, acts as the purchasing funnel during project fulfillment, maintains positive vendor relationships, and ensures that we receive the best value from our purchases and our suppliers. The ideal candidate has experience in procurement and navigating project timelines, understands negotiation, and excels in relationship-building and vendor coordination. The position reports to the Director of Project Management.
The Director of Project Management develops and directs project management operations and strategic planning to meet Downtown FabWorks organizational goals. They provide overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project delivery. They establish methods to set productivity and quality targets within the Project Management department, and to assess results for all projects. The position reports to the President of Downtown FabWorks. This is a full-time, salaried exempt in-person position based out of our New Orleans office. Travel may be required.

Our Scenic Division is our pipeline to serve the experiential marketing, events and entertainment industries. This role is responsible for growing our client base for the entertainment side of our business, ensuring customer retention, and managing the sales process of what they sell from lead generation to project closeout. The ideal candidate has experience in sales for events and brand experiences, understands sales process and negotiation, and excels in relationship-building and client coordination. The position reports to the head of the Sales Department.
The Technical Design Detailer is a technical draftsperson responsible for supporting Design Leads, Design Associates and interdepartmental Project Teams in creating 2D drawings from CAD models. This is an entry level position with room to grow and advance. This position reports directly to the Head of Technical Design and the Vice President of Operations.
