The Lead Carpenter ensures Millwork department projects are built to spec, delivered on schedule, and held to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep understanding of both millwork and scenic construction—while upholding DFW’s Core Values, safety practices, and commitment to excellence. This position reports to the Millwork Department Lead and Vice President of Operations.
The Technical Design Detailer is a technical draftsperson responsible for supporting Design Leads, Design Associates and interdepartmental Project Teams in creating 2D drawings from CAD models. This is an entry level position with room to grow and advance. This position reports directly to the Head of Technical Design and Vice President of Design.
