We collaborated closely with Audubon and conservation stakeholders to craft an engaging exhibition that shines a light on the rarely seen twilight and midnight zones of the Gulf. From a living coral exhibit—the first of its kind—to interactive footage that lets guests act as explorers, every element invites connection. Thoughtfully designed educational panels share the story behind the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill and the restoration efforts still underway. A captivating 3D map and larger-than-life art wall help visitors of all ages understand the beauty and complexity beneath the surface. By blending detailed storytelling with tactile experiences, the exhibit deepens empathy for ocean life and supports Audubon’s mission of conservation through education.
