This striking, 40-foot tall thematic structure was designed as a focal point for the newly redeveloped Bucktown Harbor Park and Marina in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. A key visual and experiential anchor, the outdoor pavilion was designed for everyday public use and long-term durability.

Our team was tasked with translating 2D renderings into real-world buildability, with structural highlights including a sweeping spiral staircase, a safe and functional lift, custom railing details, and integrated millwork that elevate both form and function.
