Ivalua’s flagship event landed in New Orleans with two bold goals: to energize the procurement industry and create an unforgettable experience inside the iconic Caesars Superdome. With less than two weeks until the show opened, they needed a scenic fabrication partner who could step in quickly and deliver with confidence. That’s where we came in.

challenge

Ten days before event load-in, Ivalua reached out with an urgent ask: fabricate and install custom scenic elements for three distinct stages. The brief called for clean lines, sleek black flooring and finishes, and seamless integration with AV tech and existing rented platforms. With no time for delays and no room for missteps, we had to move fast—and think even faster.

With a tight turnaround and a clear vision, we sourced materials, fabricated CNC-cut stairs with a sleek laminate finish for the main stage, and installed flooring across all three setups. While the client provided the staging platforms, we added key design elements to tie everything together and coordinated with outside vendors to manage the draping and AV installation. The end result was clean, simple, and show-ready—delivered on time and without drama.
