Vinyl Room is Live Nation Entertainment’s elevated VIP lounge concept, created for music lovers who want to carry the energy of the show beyond the stage. Inspired by 1970s Japanese hi-fi listening rooms, each space blends analog sound, hospitality, and music history into an intimate place to gather. Designed by Blueprint Studio, Vinyl Room gives members a thoughtful home base for every beat of the concert experience.

challenge

Live Nation needed a fabrication partner who could bring a detailed, music-first environment to life across multiple venues while keeping every location consistent. The pieces had to feel richly tactile and built for discovery, yet stand up to the daily demands of a busy live-event setting. We also needed to create adaptable elements that could support different events, audiences, and room layouts.

We fabricated a collection of custom, movable DJ booths with a curved half-moon silhouette, black finishes, and gold accents that nod to the warmth of 1970s hi-fi culture. Built with integrated storage, each booth can shift easily between a DJ station, event table, or bar area depending on the night’s needs. To make music part of the furniture, we CNC-cut and custom-finished café- and bar-height tables in 24-, 30-, 36-, and 42-inch diameters, each designed to look and feel like an oversized vinyl record—grooves included. We also created metal grid wall partitions with durable, CNC-machined record details at the center of every square, turning functional division into a visual tribute to the albums and artists fans love. Drawing on our longstanding relationship with Live Nation, our artists and craftspeople produced repeatable, carefully finished pieces for 11 Vinyl Room venues so far, helping each lounge feel like part of one connected, deeply personal listening experience.
